Shipping FAQ with GTX Corp

  • Standard delivery – orders received before 3:00 PM PST ship within 1-2 business days via regular USPS
  • Two-Day Priority delivery – orders received before 3 PM (PST) ship that same Business Day via UPS or USPS Priority. Orders received After 3 pm will go out the following business day (orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday)
  • Two-Day delivery does NOT include Saturday/Sunday delivery.
  • All orders are processed in under 2 business days.
  • Los Angeles Curb Side Pick Up available business hours Monday-Friday.
  • Delivery speed is based on your proximity to our Southern California Processing Center; typically 1-4 business days in transit
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order has processed. It is your responsibility to track your packages to ensure safe receipt of packages.
  • We will assist you to file a missing package investigation with the mail carrier if your package is lost in transit & reship any orders lost in transit.
  • GTX Corp is not responsible for, and will not replace, orders that are stolen after successful delivery to the address you entered during check out. It is your responsibility to track your packages to ensure safe receipt of packages.
  • Package tracking notifications, delivery updates & delivery scheduling or package holds are available with the mail carrier services.

  • Shipping rates are posted in the details section after you press the “Buy” button for that item.
  • All 4th & 5th units of the same item/pack ship FREE!
  • Buy 2 or more types of items/packs to get 20% off the combined shipping fee.
  • We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska with an adjusted rate. Check out as usual to see rate.

RETURN POLICY

COVID -19 Safety Rules and Regulations – ALL PPE Sales are Non Returnable during the current pandemic, all sales on these items are final, unless a case of manufacturing defect. Upon receipt of proof that the merchandise is defective a partial or full refund will be issued. All claims must be made within fifteen (15) days from the date of the purchase. Any item sent back to our office will not be accepted or discarded as to ensure we keep our facilities as clean and COVID free as possible.
