GTX Corp at the #C4CT Concussion Awareness Summit at the United Nations in NYC
This past week GTX Corp (GTXO) had the honor and privilege to attend the #C4CT Concussion Awareness Summit at the United Nations in NYC. http://www.c4ctsummit.com/about-the-summit/ What an amazing venue and diverse working group of innovative tech companies, clinicians, medical researchers, policy makers, international diplomats, athletes, celebrities, and philanthropic organizations all assembled under one roof to raise awareness, advance clinical research, develop public policy and explore the potential link between TBI and Alzheimer’s disease in order to address major unmet medical needs and public health issues. The Summit served as a platform to spread awareness about Alzheimer’s as well as other severe effects of cognitive disorders such as autism and TBI. The GTX team met with Congressmen, Academia, The NYPD, UN Peacekeeping Operations, Professional Athletes, Alzheimer’s Organization and a host of other stake holders involved with finding solutions to this soon to be 1 trillion dollar global epidemic.
